Sumner on the nuns: "Oh, the nuns. One of my ballplayers went into the convent down in New Jersey. Winnie Kelly from out of Dorchester. Sister Winnie and we used to stop at the Village in NY on our trips down and back. That was my first softball team. A lot of them went into the convent, but they didn't stay. Winnie did A lot went in but they'd be out in a few months. They'd have a party but they didn't stay." It was Sister Winnie getting out of the car, Sumner said. "Oh, yeah. She was a character too but as far as I know she stayed in." Sumner dated the footage to the 1960s.
