- Biographical/Historical Note: Spiral was a womyn's land collective near Monticello, KY, which was founded c. 1989. In 2016 the land was sold to a Mennonite community under an agreement that enabled two womyn to remain on the land. Womyn from many womyn's lands attended this gathering. Documentation includes viewing logs & email interviews with both Corky Culver and Spiral founding member Mary Hoelterhoff, aka Mary Spiral.
