"We wanted more emphasis on art and lesbians and land. .... But there was a real split at one point. " The "theorist" faction found a paper someone read as "hurtful.
They thought they were the theorists.... someone read a paper to that in the group and it was hurtful to the theorists.
Jessica: But someone like Judith Brown whom I've been told had relationships with women all her life, she was part of this theorists' group. She was also what we would call today a lesbian
Corky: Is that known now?
