Sequence 2 Barbara Martin's friends Mary Jane and Jean from Wisconsin visiting. They "assumed parentage over me," Barbara said, when Barbara was living in Milwaukee, teaching at St. Rita's Catholic School and hanging out at butch-femme bars. "I was over my head," she said. Asked whether she ever had sex with Mary Jane, Jean had said: "Oh no I couldn't do that to Mary Jane. " In this sequence, they complain about the camera always being on.
