On New Year’s Eve 1994, singer-songwriter Lynn Thomas performed at the St. Augustine, Florida women’s community the Pagoda. This clip captures a moment when Pagoda resident Rose DeBernardo joined Thomas onstage. Thomas wrote the song that was the anthem for 1993 Gay and Lesbian March on Washington, DC, “Together Proud and Strong,” which over 60 women recorded with her. She currently directs the Skamania Performing Arts Center in White Salmon, Washington. This piece was clipped from over an hour of video, taped in two VHC segments, EGT-001 & EGT-002.
